VLOG
VLOG (Verband Lebensmittel Ohne Gentechnik) is a German Certification authority which dictates the production and analyses of non-GMO animal feed in the laying hens sector.
GMO
Our senior GMO Project Manager was asked by NutriControl to give a presentation for the animal feed sector about the GMO analyses in relation to these VLOG requirements.
The meeting was very successful and a lot of interesting questions from the audience raised.
In order to be able to comply with GMO regulation, the feed sector may only use laboratories approved by VLOG since 1 January of this year.
Triskelion is one of the 20 companies who has a certificate in place. With just 2 certifications totally in the Netherlands.
