SPECIAL AND / OR SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA THAT WE PROCESS

Our website and / or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years, unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we can not check if a visitor is older than 16. We encourage parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. COMMUNICATION

When you send emails or other messages to us, it is possible that we keep these messages. Sometimes we ask you for personal details that are relevant to the situation. TRISKELION does not affect the processing and storage of this information on Google’s servers which may also be located outside the European Union.

We only use your data for the benefit of our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. This data is used to perform the service. The data is stored on secure the servers of TRISKELION or that of a third party. Your data will not be shared with third parties, other than to comply with accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties have all been kept confidential on the basis of the agreement between them and us or as an oath or legal obligation.

WEB HOSTING AND E-MAIL

We use web hosting from Toomba B.V. (servers on Google Cloud). They process personal data on our behalf and do not use your data for their own purposes. Google has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Google is required to observe secrecy on the grounds of the agreement.

We use the services of Office 365 by Microsoft for our regular business email traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Microsoft does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.

NEWSLETTER

You can register on our website for our customer database via our contactform. When we have relevant information for our customers we will send a newsletter. Every newsletter contains a link which lead to your e-mail, which you can use to unsubscribe. The list of subscribers is and will not be provided to third parties. Your personal data is stored securely.

STORAGE PERIOD OF THE DATA

The general visit data is not saved for longer than 26 months. The information that you have provided to us so that we can contact you by telephone or by e-mail will be retained until the contact has taken place.

This means that we keep your client profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you indicate this to us, we will also consider this as a request to forget. Based on applicable administrative obligations, we need to keep invoices with your (personal) data, so we will keep this data for as long as the applicable term runs.
