We are pleased to announce that as effective of October 20, 2020, DUCARES B.V. has been acquired by Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (LLCP).

After a successful merger and relocation of the companies Ducares B.V. and Triskelion B.V. this acquisition is important to realize further international growth plans together with LLCP.

Levine Leichtman Capital Partners is an independent international investor with a 37-year track record and extensive international experience in Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC).

LLCP understands the importance of the high-end quality services of DUCARES B.V.’s  employees and services. LLCP will therefore continue to invest in the further development of high quality services.
