Experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis

Animal models of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) are recognized as representative preclinical tools to mimic key aspects of Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Triskelion has an extensive track record with mouse EAE models (GLP and non-GLP), in which paralysis is applied as the primary readout parameter. In addition, specific readouts can be implemented to address disease characteristics such as damage to the central nervous system (CNS) tissue, or to gain insight into the mode of action of drug candidates.
